SALSA

  
2 cans Mexican-style stewed tomatoes    	1 clove garlic
Jalapeno pepper to taste			Splash of cider vinegar
1/2 cup cilantro

Place garlic, jalapeno and cilantro in food processor and pulse until chopped. Add tomatoes and vinegar and pulse to the consistency you like. (Can also be made in a blender) Makes approximately 4 cups.
