SHEEP DIP

  
Small jar artichoke hearts		12 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. parmesan cheese, grated	        1/2 cup whipping cream
1 cup Half and Half			1 to 2 cups fresh spinach
8 oz. sour cream 

Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Heat at 350 degrees until bubbly. Serve with toasted pita wedges. Makes 6 cups.
