36 large mushrooms, caps only 16 oz. whipped cream cheese with 1/4 lb. butter, melted chives 8 slices of bacon, fried and crumbledPreheat oven to 350°. Clean mushrooms and dry. Brush caps with butter. In a small bowl, mix cheese and bacon. Spoon mixtures into mushrooms, mounding slightly.
