BEA'S BROCCOLI CORNBREAD

  
1 pkg. 8 1/2 cornbread mix			4 oz. chopped green chilies
4 large eggs					1 cup grated cheddar cheese
10 oz. broccoli (if frozen, thaw)		1 stick melted oleo	
1 onion, chopped fine

Mix all together (with heavy spoon) as it will be stiff. Bake at 425° in preheated oven until golden brown. Bake in 10" black skillet or 8" square baking dish. This bread freezes well. Cut in pieces, freeze on cookie sheet. Take out the amount you need, thaw in oven or microwave.
