12 oz. cream cheese 1 tbsp. dill
2 tbsp. Ranch dressing 1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 pkgs. Pillsbury cornbread 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
Carrots Broccoli Bell Pepper
Cauliflower Onions Cabbage
Turnips Any vegetable you like
Press 1 1/2 pkgs. Pillsbury cornbread stick into jelly roll in pan.
Bake 7 minutes at 375°. Take out and flatten with fork any puffed up
places. Let cool. Mix any 3 vegetables into cream cheese mixture and
spread over cornbread.
